Intellectual Property Notice

This notice sets out the ownership of content published on The Gnostic Key and the terms under which it may be used, shared, or cited.

1. Ownership of Original Content

All original written, visual, symbolic, editorial, and investigative content published on The Gnostic Key is the intellectual property of The Gnostic Key Limited, a UK registered company, unless otherwise explicitly credited. This includes but is not limited to: investigative journalism, analysis, episode scripts, series materials, editorial commentary, platform design, and branded identity.

2. Primary Source Texts

The Vault archives and presents primary source texts, including ancient manuscripts and historical documents, that are in the public domain. Where The Gnostic Key has produced original introductions, contextual notes, editorial framing, or translations, those contributions remain the intellectual property of The Gnostic Key Limited. The underlying public domain texts are not subject to copyright by The Gnostic Key.

3. Permitted Use

The following uses of The Gnostic Key content are permitted without prior consent:

Personal, non-commercial reading and reference.
Brief quotation or citation for academic, journalistic, or educational purposes, provided clear and accurate attribution to The Gnostic Key is given, including the URL of the original page.
Sharing of direct links to published content on social media or third-party platforms.

4. Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited without prior written consent from The Gnostic Key Limited:

Reproduction of content in full or in substantial part on any external site or platform.
Republication of investigative materials, analysis, or editorial content in any commercial context.
Use of The Gnostic Key name, logo, glyphs, or brand identity in any form that implies endorsement, affiliation, or authorisation.
Aggregation, scraping, or automated extraction of content for any purpose.
Training artificial intelligence or machine learning systems on The Gnostic Key content without explicit written permission.

5. User-Submitted Content

Content submitted by users to The Gnostic Key community spaces (including posts, replies, and discussion contributions) remains the intellectual property of the individual who created it. By submitting content to the platform, users grant The Gnostic Key Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate that content within the platform for the purposes of operating the community.

The Gnostic Key does not claim ownership of user-submitted content and will not reproduce or republish it beyond the platform without the user's consent.

7. Governing Law

This notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is consistent with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and applicable UK intellectual property law.
