This thread is dedicated to discussion of the SYSTEMIC Tier 2/3 Early Signal Dossier. Use this space to analyse entries as they land, keeping the focus on documentary sources, specific mechanisms, and traceable outcomes. Where you interpret, name the instrument and point to the line in the timeline you are responding to. Counter-arguments are welcome where grounded in evidence and articulated in good faith. How to Participate
