1. Acceptance of Terms

Membership tiers are managed securely through Stripe. Your level of access corresponds to your current active subscription tier. The Gnostic Key reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw membership options where necessary to maintain operational integrity or legal compliance.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All written, visual, symbolic, and audio materials published on The Gnostic Key are the intellectual property of The Gnostic Key Limited, unless otherwise credited. Redistribution, reproduction, or republication of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Quotation or academic citation is permitted with appropriate attribution.

4. Manifesto Reference

The Gnostic Key publishes a manifesto setting out its philosophical, educational, and cultural principles. This manifesto is provided as a statement of intent only and does not constitute a political programme, instruction, or call to action. All content published by The Gnostic Key is intended for educational, analytical, and archival purposes. Users remain solely responsible for how they interpret and apply any material encountered on the platform.

5. Community Conduct and Standards

Where interactive or participatory features are available, users agree to comply with The Gnostic Key Community Guide, including the Community Charter, Participation Guide, Steelman Handbook, and Moderation Philosophy.

These documents together constitute the Community Standards of The Gnostic Key and form part of these Terms. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access where we reasonably believe these standards or these Terms have been breached.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Gnostic Key is provided “as is” for educational, investigative, and cultural purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gnostic Key Limited accepts no liability for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the site.
